picturatus, maleDiagnosis and Notes

Although the wing markings suggest an affinity with the pictipennis-simulator group of species, the SD and the structure of the male genitalia leave little doubt that it belongs in this subgenus. The female AR is 1.05-1.16; the SD is 3,11-15.
