Diagnosis and Notes

The AR of the female is 1.01-1.15; the SD is 3, 10, 12-15. The male genitalia are much like those of C. heliophilus, but the posterior margin of the ninth tergite is almost straight.
No figure of the wing was available. The figure of the male genitalia is from Kremer (1966).
