Diagnosis and Notes

The wing markings are variable, those towards the margin of the wings sometimes absent. Female antennal SD 3-15: AR 1.69-2.1. Third segment of the palp swollen with a single large, shallow sensory pit. The male genitalia with the posterior margin of the ninth tergite almosr straight, and a very shallow central notch; the ninth sternite membrane bare. There is a single large ovoid spermatheca.
